Healthy Lifestyle tips for better Posture and Easy Stretches

At Acupuncture Works we are aligning our healthy tips with the needs of our recent case presentations at the clinic.  Melissa has researched some simple examples of posture awareness and stretching which will be effective in reducing muscle strain and subsequent pain and suffering which can easily cause reflective pain elsewhere rather than where the cause of your pain may be.

The strain of the upper back from sitting at a computer for long periods causing muscle fatigue, also compression  problems at the bottom of the spine and the area where your neck joins your spine called the cervico -thoracic junctions.
