Last week we chatted about Seasonal Allergies, so I thought I would post a warming antimicrobial tea recipe to help you with your symptoms.
4 tbsp freshly grated ginger
1 tbsp crushed peppercorns
8 sprigs thyme
12 fresh basil leaves
Add hot water and let it sit for an hour, it’s best done in a thermos (but the photo would have been boring!). Sip throughout the day.
